The  primary  mission of  Integrated Rehabilitation Therapies, Inc. (IRT) is to provide
services   through   an   integrated  approach,   to   individuals   who  have  difficulty
accessing  general  community  services  because  of  their  disabling  condition  (or
disability).

Integrated   Rehabilitation   Therapies   was   created   by   a   group   of  disabilities
professionals each with more than 20 years experience in the fields of mental health,
rehabilitation, advocacy, and disability management.  Individuals with disabilities are
most  often  referred  to  the  same  mental  health and  rehabilitation options as the
general public.  Large agencies that serve the general public cannot be expected to
possess   specific   disabilities  expertise,   since   these   skills   often   require  sub-
specialization.   Integrated Rehabilitation Therapies was founded to meet these very
particular needs.

The EBMRF is a volunteer nonprofit foundation dedicated to the support of medical
research of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB),  its causes,  the development of successful
treatments, and ultimately,  its cure.   EB  is a  group  of diseases  characterized by
blister  formation  after  minor trauma to the skin.   This family of disorders,  most of
which are  inherited,  range  in  severity  from  mild  to  the  severely  disabling  and
life-threatening  diseases of the  skin.  This  rare  genetic disorder affects all ethnic
and racial groups.  Estimates  indicate  that  as many as 100,000  Americans suffer
from some form of EB.
